Dell wifi card not working

Even installing it was a nightmare. I found this post after having the same problem. However, another thread stated to show hidden devices in Device Manager. I didn't even know that was an option, but this worked! Hey, After upgrading Windows 7 Home to 10 Home after 2 failed attempts..

So what's the problem here? Windows 10 doesn't recognise my card no matter what I do. I ended up reverting back to Windows 7 in the end and the card got recognised again.
